By downloading, installing, or using Dream Drive, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

02Who can use Dream Drive

Dream Drive is designed for students aged 13 and above. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or guardian has reviewed these terms and consented to your use. If you’re using Dream Drive on behalf of a school or institution, you confirm you have authority to bind that institution.

03Your account

• One account per person. Provide real, current information when you sign up.
• Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access: support@dreamdrivelabs.com.

04Licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive licence to install and use Dream Drive on devices you own or control, for non-commercial personal use, subject to these Terms. We retain all rights, title and interest in the app, its code, content, and trademarks.

05Your content

Everything you write — your goal, pledge, affirmations, journal entries, future messages — is and remains your content. You own it.

You grant Dream Drive a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the app for you (e.g. showing your Dream Card, playing back your future-message). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

We do not use your content to train AI models, sell it, or show it to anyone else (aggregated, de-identified school summaries excepted — see Privacy Policy §5).

06Acceptable use

Don’t use Dream Drive to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm any person — including yourself.
• Upload unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringing content.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell any part of the app.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate-limits, or access controls.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

07Premium & payments

• The core Dream Drive experience is free forever.
• Premium is a one-time purchase (currently ₹299, inclusive of applicable taxes) granting lifetime access to premium features on the account that made the purchase.
• Payments are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or our authorized Indian payment gateway. Refund eligibility is governed by that processor’s policy and applicable law (e.g. Play Store’s 48-hour refund window).
• “Lifetime” means for the operational life of the Dream Drive service. If we ever sunset the app, we’ll give at least 90 days’ notice and a data-export tool.

08Notifications & WhatsApp

If you opt in to WhatsApp reminders, you authorize us (via the Meta WhatsApp Business API) to send you affirmations, reminders, and dream-card nudges at the cadence you select. Standard message and data charges from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or disable reminders in Settings.

Push notifications and email reminders follow your device-level and in-app preferences.

09Not medical advice

10Liability

Dream Drive is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Drive Lab’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) ₹1,000.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost data, lost opportunities, or emotional distress — to the extent allowed by law.

11Ending your account

You can delete your account any time from Settings → Account → Delete my data. This permanently removes your profile, Dream Card, reflections, and future-message. We can also terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under local law.
